Swap Wanted

When an allocated duty is marked as Swap Wanted its swap symbol in the duty roster changes to Swap wanted. This indicates that this duty is a likely candidate for a duty swap request and also that it it can be volunteered for.

When an unallocated duty is marked as Swap Wanted its swap symbol in the duty roster changes to Volunteer required. indicating that a volunteer is required.

Swap Wanted initially defaults to No but you can change that default for unassigned duties to Yes if you so wish. If you set the default to Yes and add a new, unassigned duty to the roster it will immediately be volunteerable. Likewise if you remove a member from a duty it will go straight to volunteerable. You can of course subsequently override that default setting.

The default Swap Wanted setting is in >Set Up >Duties.
