The Membership Directory

The Directory enables members to look up fellow members in order to find their contact details and such additional information as you wish to make available. Entries in the Directory derive from the uploaded list of members and incorporate all updates made by administrators or members themselves.

The level of contact information shown is governed by directory settings. The additional information shown is governed by Member Information Definitions settings.

DutyMan administrators can exclude individual members for the Directory by setting Omit from Directory in >Members >List. The Directory then contains no reference to the omitted members. You might want to omit people who are not actually club members or omit member records that do not represent real people.

Individual members can exclude themselves from the Directory by setting Ex-Directory on their >Profile page. When a member is ex-directory only his or her name appears in the directory and no other information is shown.
