Manual Synchronisation Walkthrough

  • Download a list of members as a CSV file from your Member Data Provider. See your Member Data Provider's documentation for how.

  • Save the file in any convenient location on your own computer or in the cloud.

  • Open DutyMan and log in as an administrator.

  • Go to >Members >Synchronise.

  • In Step 2 Find your CSV File press Choose file and select your downloaded CSV file.

  • In Step 3 Upload your CSV File press Upload to transfer your CSV file to the DutyMan server.

  • Now that DutyMan can "see" your CSV file, the Field Map tab is available. You should review your field map on first use and again if you make changes to any Member Data Provider custom fields or DutyMan Infos. See Field Mapping.

  • In Step 5 Apply Updates press Apply. The CSV file is checked for errors and inconsistencies. If none are found the DutyMan list of members is updated.
