Allocation Downloads

Use the allocation downloads to

Check on progress during the data collection phase of duty allocation during which members state their preferred duties and unavailable dates (Multiple Choice strategy) or select their actual duties (First Come, First Served strategy)
On completion of data collection, copy the collected data to your own computer if you are using your own system for allocation. You do not need to download allocation data if you are using the Allocation Workbench.

Walkthrough:

Open DutyMan and log in as an administrator.
In the Allocation menu click Downloads.
Click the Download button corresponding to the file you wish to download.
Either Open the file if you simply wish to view it, or Save it on your computer for subsequent processing.

Allocation Members Download File

The file contains a list of all members except those who have Number of Duties set to None.

The file is in standard Member upload file format with the addition of two columns -

Allocated Duties: a count of the number of duties allocated to the member in the allocation roster.
Required Duties: the number of duties the member is required to do. Required Duties is derived from Number of Duties with Default replaced by the actual default number, and No Limit is expressed as 9999.
