Email Templates
HTML email templates are available for the key messages that DutyMan sends to members.
Each message has a default template that you can modify to meet your requirements.

Merge Fields
Merge fields in an email's subject and body are replaced with values from member records when emails are sent.
Merge fields are identified by their name enclosed in square brackets. Example: [Member Name] is replaced by, for instance, John Smith when the email is sent.

Recommendations.
HTML emails bring options for layout and formatting but they can be challenging mainly because the various email clients interpret HTML in their own ways. Microsoft Outlook is notoriously problematic.
To avoid presentation issues, keep your messages simple. Always try out any changes on as many devices and email clients as you can, including phones, using the Test function.
