Deleting Members

DutyMan recommends that you delete people from the members list only when they cease to be members.

To delete an individual member see Maintaining the Members List

You can also delete all members who have not been allocated duties. To delete the members list completely first delete all duties then delete all members.

Walkthrough: Deleting all members who have not been allocated duties

  • Backup your members list.

  • In the Members menu click Delete.

  • Click the Delete Members button.

  • Type in your DutyMan administrator's password and click the Confirm button.
    All members without duties are removed from the members list immediately.
    This action cannot be undone.
