Publish the Allocation Roster
Publishing is the process of transferring the duties in the
allocation roster, along with the names of the people to whom they have been
allocated, to the active roster. When the allocation
roster is published DutyMan sends emails to advise people of their new duties and
starts sending reminders.
The allocation roster is normally published after you have completed allocation
using the Allocation Workbench.
Note: To publish a roster, which you have allocated off-line using your own
system, upload it directly from your computer to the
active roster.
Walkthrough:

Open DutyMan and log in as an administrator.

In the Allocation menu click Publish

Follow the on-screen instructions.
