Information visible when not logged in

Default view when not logged in

Only the duty roster page is visible. By default the duty roster opens to show a calendar of events and, for each event, a list of duties and the names of the people allocated to them.

Individual anonymity

Individuals members can make themselves anonymous in the duty roster by selecting the Hidden option on the When NOT logged in tab of their >Privacy page. All characters in their name are replaced with asterisks. For example John Smith becomes **** *****.

Total Anonymity

At club level all duties and names can be hidden by deselecting Show duties and names on the When NOT logged in tab of the DutyMan administrator's >Set Up >Privacy and Data Protection page.
