DutyMan is designed for clubs and similar organisations where commonality of purpose among members implies a willingness to share personal information. Indeed sharing personal information is often essential for the successful operation of a club. Nevertheless clubs should recognise that some members may wish to keep their personal information private.
To help clubs achieve these twin goals DutyMan provides a two-part strategy. Firstly a club can define it’s own policy for personal information sharing. Then within that framework individual members can, if permitted by the club policy, set their own sharing preferences.
