Cancel an Event
When you cancel an event it does not appear in the duty roster and people who have been assigned duties in the event are informed by email.
You can subsequently uncancel an event. People who are assigned a duty in the event are not informed but you can use the Message tool to communicate with them.

Go to the Tools tab of the event to be cancelled.

Press Cancel.

In the Cancel Event box optionally add a message to be included in the email telling people that the event has been cancelled.
Choose whether or not to remove people from duties in the event.

Press Cancel.
