Plain Text Format Messages

What you type is what the recipient sees.

There is no text formatting, no different fonts, bold, italics, colours or images. Boring? Possibly but plain text gets your message across in the simplest, most reliable way.

HTML format messages give you more options but are much more complex to create.

If you want to send members a good looking document, for instance a newsletter, rather than using HTML consider creating it with a word processor, saving it as a PDF file and attaching it to a simple plain text message.
