Transmission Failures

If the count in the Failed column for a message in the Mail Queue greater than zero you can click View to show a list of the recipients of those failed messages.

The most likely reason for an individual message to be rejected is a syntax error in the recipient’s email address. The syntax rules applied by individual email service providers can sometimes differ from those accepted by DutyMan. This means that, on very rare occasions, an address that is valid for DutyMan is not valid for your email account. Check the failing email address and see if you can send to it using your own account. Note that if the recipient has an alternate (and private) email address it may be that which is failing.
