Introduction

The DutyMan Mailer is a simple, easy-to-use and robust way to send emails to all, or a subset of, the members of your club or organisation.

The Mailer is available to DutyMan Administrators and to members who have been granted access to it.

A Quick Guide to using the Mailer

• Choose >Mailer >New Mailer from your DutyMan menu
• On the Compose tab, write your message and optionally add attachments.
• On the Recipients tab, select recipients for your message.
• On the Send tab, send your message and check its progress.
