Walkthrough

• Open DutyMan and log in.

• Administrators: choose >Reporting from the >Members menu.

  Authorised Members: choose >Reporting from the main menu.

• Choose either All to select all your members or Selective to select a subset based on criteria that you specify.

• Download downloads a file of member records to your computer.

  The file can be

  • In DutyMan Member Upload Format .

  • In one of the supported application import file formats. If your application is not listed please contact support@dutyman.biz and, provided there are no technical reasons why not, we will add it.

  • Either XLSX or CSV.

  You can set the name of the downloaded file either here or when you save it to your computer. Use Append Timestamp to differentiate this file from previous downloads with the same name.

  List generates a printer-friendly list of the selected member names. The list opens in a new tab or window so look out for pop-up blockers. You can configure how the list is printed (note: not all versions of all browsers support setting the page length).

  Count gives the total number of members selected.
