Member Reporting

The DutyMan Member Reporting page lets you select some or or of your list of members and then provides these options:

Download

Download selected member records to your own computer as either a Microsoft Excel (XLSX) file or a Comma-Separated Variable (CSV)  file. Downloaded files can be readily imported into many applications including

• Event booking systems such as Eventbrite.

• Newsletter mailers such as MailChimp.

• Spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel.

• Word processors such as Microsoft Word.

Reasons for downloading include:

• Interface with other applications such as accounts packages, event booking systems, mailers, sailing results programs and many more.

• Printing reports. Open in Excel, delete any columns that you don't need and optionally apply formatting.

• More detailed selection, analysis and reporting through use of Excel.

• Mail merge. Download as an XLXS file and use Microsoft Word to print address labels or write personalised letters to your members.

List

Generate a printer-friendly list of the names of the selected members.

Count

Get a simple count of the number of members selected.
