DutyMan Grows From Strength To Strength
DutyMan has now been helping clubs encourage members to do their duties for over
four years. During that time the service has grown and developed from a basic swaps
and reminders system, to what is now a substantial tool in club management.
Recent developments include: duty allocation, volunteering, the membership directory,
enhancements to privacy and security, a new email server, and much detail work on
look, feel and usability. For improved performance, reliability and security DutyMan
now runs on its own dedicated server.
DutyMan now has a following of nearly 100 clubs, with between them
20,000 individual users. This year, we expect to send over
a quarter of a million emails . Yet with all this activity the level
of support enquiries is remarkably low, seldom more than on or two a day.
What all this says is that DutyMan is a well established, highly functional, reliable,
secure, and easy to use service.
