Additional Member Information

Items of additional member Information - Infos for short - are a new feature which extends DutyMan's existing member contact details database. Each club that uses DutyMan can define its own set of custom fields for each person in its list of members.

Every member has the same set of Infos and each Info has a name and one of four flavours: Plain Text, Number, Date or Drop-down List.

Info values can be uploaded and downloaded along with standard member information. An individual member's Infos can be viewed and updated on-line by the club's DutyMan adminstrator.

Lead Developer Richard Creer says "We see this as just the first phase of implentation for Infos. Clubs will find many uses for them and there is much worthwhile development to come."
